1. No Physical Shipping
DawaSphere is a digital SaaS platform. We do not ship physical goods, medicine, hardware, printed invoices, or pharmacy supplies as part of the standard subscription.
2. Service Delivery
After signup, account verification, subscription selection, payment or trial activation, and any required pharmacy approval, the service is delivered electronically through the DawaSphere web application.
3. Activation Time
Most self-service accounts are activated immediately after successful signup and subscription completion. Accounts requiring manual pharmacy approval, payment verification, enterprise setup, or data migration may take longer depending on the information provided and the support queue.
4. Onboarding and Implementation
Onboarding may include pharmacy profile setup, branch creation, subscription configuration, staff role setup, training, or data import assistance. Any custom timeline will be confirmed separately in writing.
5. Delivery Channels
- Web application access through a supported browser.
- Email notifications for account, billing, security, and onboarding updates.
- In-app banners, support messages, and documentation where available.
- Remote support through official DawaSphere channels.
6. Customer Requirements
You are responsible for internet connectivity, supported devices, browser access, correct user details, payment completion, staff training, and ensuring your team uses the correct pharmacy and branch context.
7. Support
If service access is not delivered after payment or trial activation, contact support@dawasphere.com with your pharmacy name, account email, and transaction reference where applicable.
