1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to DawaSphere, a pharmacy management SaaS platform. By creating an account, subscribing, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the pharmacy or organization you represent.
2. Eligibility and Account Authority
You must be legally able to operate or represent a pharmacy or related healthcare business in Pakistan. The account owner is responsible for onboarding information, pharmacy registration details, user invitations, branch setup, and role assignments.
3. Service Scope
DawaSphere provides software tools for inventory, point of sale, purchasing, customers, accounting, reporting, branches, staff roles, and subscription management. DawaSphere is not a pharmacy, medical adviser, tax adviser, accountant, regulator, or payment institution.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate medicine, batch, pricing, tax, ledger, supplier, and customer records.
- Use the platform only for lawful business operations.
- Comply with applicable drug, pharmacy, tax, consumer protection, data protection, and record-keeping requirements in Pakistan.
- Protect passwords and restrict staff access using suitable roles and permissions.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass tenant or branch isolation, upload malicious code, interfere with infrastructure, reverse engineer the service, or use DawaSphere to store unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading records.
6. Trials, Subscriptions, and Billing
Plans, limits, prices, trial periods, and features are shown in the product or commercial proposal. Subscription access may be restricted if payment is overdue, a trial expires, misuse is detected, or required onboarding approval is not completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DawaSphere is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, inaccurate records entered by users, regulatory penalties caused by customer misuse, pharmacy dispensing decisions, third-party outages, or loss caused by unauthorized credential sharing.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes should first be raised with DawaSphere support in good faith.
